Shri Ratanlal Kanwarlal Patni Foundation was established by the R.K. Marble Group in the year 1996 under the patronage of Pujya Baba Sahib, Late Shri Ratanlal Ji Patni. The trust has a long history of fulfilling corporate social responsibility in a plethora of sectors. This women's institution was also envisioned under the aegis of the foundation.
Consequently, with the vision of creating an institution catering to the needs of today's women, the seeds of Shri Ratanlal Kanwarlal Patni Girls' College were sown.
The inception of Shri Ratanlal Kanwarlal Patni Girls' College in 2015 is a unique illustration of Public Private Partnership (between the Government of Rajasthan and the R.K. Group). The college spreads over 15 acres of land with state-of-the-art infrastructure, functioning as per the UGC guidelines. To fulfill the need of a girls' college in this belt of Rajasthan which has low Gross Enrollment Ratio in the field of Higher education, the institution addresses the twin issue of higher education in general and women empowerment in particular. The mission was further chiseled by stressing not just on the conventional aspect of college education but also the more significant factor of skill building and employability.
