Parents-Teachers Meeting 2024-25
Organized by the Department of Education, Shri Ratanlal Kanwarlal Patni Girls’ College, Kishangarh

To ensure the holistic development of students enrolled in B.A. B.Ed. and B.Sc. B.Ed. programs during the academic session 2024–25, the Department of Education organized a Parents-Teachers Meeting (PTM). The aim of this meeting was to share the college’s ongoing year-long efforts and initiatives with the parents and to encourage their valuable feedback.

Mr. Subhash Agrawal, Director and Secretary of the College Management Committee, emphasized that students are the foundation of any institution, and keeping parents informed about their child's academic and personal growth is a vital responsibility of the college.

Principal Dr. Shailendra Patni highlighted that a healthy dialogue between parents and teachers not only allows the college to share its current initiatives but also to include parents' suggestions while planning future programs for students.

Dr. Smita Pancholi, Head of the Department of Education, shared that parents of students from both B.A. B.Ed. and B.Sc. B.Ed. streams were invited to witness the comprehensive development model followed by the college. She also stated that parents were familiarized with various facilities, and constructive suggestions were collected through feedback forms, which would prove beneficial in forming next year's academic strategies.

During the meeting, information was shared on:
✔️ Academic and co-curricular activities
✔️ Teaching and internal evaluation system
✔️ Laboratory and library facilities
✔️ Scholarship opportunities
✔️ Sports, NSS, NCC, Scouts & Guides
