On June 12, 2024, an inspiring seminar titled "Grow and Glow - Cultivating Your Best Self," was organised and the event was graced by Ms. Aastha Kastiya, a very young and dynamic personality. The seminar was also graced by the presence of Mrs. Veena Kothari, Mrs. Smita Kastiya, Mr. Arvind Kothari, and Mr. Duhyant Kothari. Ms. Kastiya's engaging and motivational speech was the highlight of the seminar. She shared profound insights on personal growth, resilience, and the importance of cultivating one’s best self. She emphasised on setting clear goals, creating structured routines, and adhering to them consistently for sustained personal growth resonated deeply with the audience. This focus on routine and discipline motivated attendees to adopt healthier habits, such as regular exercise, proper nutrition, and mindfulness practices.
Shri Mahaveer Kothari, Treasurer of the College Management Committee, praised Ms. Kastiya's multifaceted approach to life, urging students to emulate her dedication. C.A. Dr. Anil Parasar, Principal of RK Patni Nursing College, also shared words of wisdom, stressing the importance of personal growth and holistic education. He highlighted that such seminars play a crucial role in shaping students into well-rounded individuals who excel not only academically but also in their personal and professional lives.
