Abhinav – The Research and Innovation Club of our college is conducting a Faculty Development Program on 07-10-2022 at 1:45 PM in Seminar Hall. 

The Topic of the FDP is Collaborative Research including mentoring for publication in high-impact journals. 

The invited expert Dr Saumya Ranjan Sahoo is an avid researcher and publishes in high-impact journals. He has been recognized as first in the South Asian region in the 'single authored' category by ABDC in P ranking. He is also among the top 50 authors in the list under the collaboratively authored category.

All faculty members (Academics and Education) must attend this FDP. Students of PG courses must also attend this FDP. Coordinators must ensure that the PG students of their respective courses are attending this FDP as it is beneficial for them also.

One Day FDP on collaborative research organized in the college.

Abhinav - The Research and Innovation Club of Shri Ratanlal Kanwarlal Patni Girls' College conducted a one-day Faculty Development Program on the topic of Collaborative Research including mentoring for publication in high-impact journals. The invited expert Dr Saumya Ranjan Sahoo is an avid researcher and publishes many research papers in high-impact journals. He has been recognized as first in the South Asian region in the 'single authored' category by ABDC in P ranking. He is also among the top 50 authors in the list under the collaboratively authored category.
Dr Sahoo in the session emphasized on collaborative research as many research-related issues can often be solved by working together with a team of researchers from different backgrounds. The merging of different fields can make it possible achieving of incredible goals. He said that Increased collaborations can save considerable time and money, and most often, breakthrough research comes through collaborative research rather than by adhering to tried and true methods.
CA Subhash Agarwal (Director and Secretary, College Management Committee) conveyed best wishes to all the participants of the FDP and said that these kinds of programs will surely help our learned faculty members to achieve heights in research.
Dr Ravi Sharma (Principal) expressed that our faculty members are encouraged to pursue research in their respective fields. Faculties are also awarded when research papers are published in reputed journals. This session will surely help the faculty members to conduct collaborative research which is in dire need in the present scenario.
